Providing support

Also known as PAIRS (Provision for Assessment Intervention and Resettlement Support) this service works closely with local service providers to support you in accessing social and health support in order to secure more permanent and secure accommodation.

Is this service right for me?

We will discuss with other local agencies that support you how a placement at PAIRS can help you. To be provided this service you will need to be referred by the North Hertfordshire District Council Housing Team. A member of our team will then contact you to discuss your current circumstances and meet with you to discuss your needs.

The Referral Process

At Keystage Housing, we provide a range of accommodation and support services to help those faced with rough sleeping, no matter there they are on their journey. All those referred to us are screened prior to assessment and placement.

We will meet with you to discuss what you are looking for so that we can both be sure that our services are right for you at the time you need it. We may also speak to those who work with you to discuss other support services available to understand how to best support you towards resettlement.

If you would like more information or are unsure which service would be the right option for you, please get in touch with us for a chat.
