Keystage Housing and Mary Seacole Housing Association have an exciting and unique opportunity to work with them on a special one year project for someone who has a proven track record of working with hard to reach women and understands the complexities of these women. The secondment is to work with the Partnership, who’s aim is to build an accommodation pathway for Women in Luton who are either Rough Sleeping, living in unsuitable or unstable accommodation. The ideal candidate will:
assist service users to sustain their tenancies, support individuals to connect with services that can help them maintain good health and wellbeing
have an understanding of pathways for these hard to reach women that will develop suitable routes for other resettlement options when the time is right.
Experience working directly with women who have had experience of rough sleeping and are experiencing multiple disadvantages
Has shown a holistic and coordinated support for each woman they have supported
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of the disadvantages that are faced by women who have experienced rough sleeping and the challenges that have affected women in this category such as sexual exploitation, domestic abuse, the loss of children and re-traumatisation

To work in partnership with current multi-agency and support services
Be able to truly deliver a bespoke navigation service for each individual.
Opportinity to utilise the skills and knowledge of the individuals who are currently working within women’s services
Platform to share learning and develop a pathways for women
Ability to deliver a new and specific level of support which will make a difference to women’s lives in Luton.
