Our staff are fully trained by our Quality and Training team to provide trauma-informed, person-centred support that achieves sustainable housing options. We also work closely with support services, charities and local authorities to ensure the right support is provided, at the right time.

Our Senior Leadership Team

Our Senior Leadership Team comprises some of the most experienced care and property professionals in the industry.

Together they lead the business to provide holistic, person-centred support with the help of local partners and charities to help people navigate their way out of homelessness for the long-term.

The company has grown to a team of over 80, and everyone is dedicated to supporting those facing rough sleeping with safe and supportive places to stay.

Our vision is to end the revolving door of homelessness by working with policy makers and the community.

Our Quality & Training Team

Our dedicated and professional Quality and Training Team uses both approved inhouse training and third party in areas that include trauma-informed care, risk assessment, incident management, safeguarding, de-escalation, health and safety, fire safety and first aid to ensure all our staff have the relevant skills and qualifications to support those in our care.

Our people are also regularly trained in relevant legislative, regulatory and support criteria and needs, particularly in relation to Safeguarding and the Care Act.

Our Maintenance & Property Team

Our Maintenance & Property Team works hard every day to ensure every person is able to walk into a welcoming environment, one that is a home, not a space.

The team looks after all maintenance and management of the sites, which number over 200 units, and is responsible for the compliance of health and safety across all properties along with weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance and cleaning needs.

Our Services & Support Team

Keystage Housing was born out a vision of what could be achieved when people are put at the heart of housing; providing safe and supportive places to stay for people leaving rough sleeping.

Our Services & Support Team provides 24/7 holistic, person-centred support with the help of our local partners. There are many barriers to housing that we aim to remove and our tailored support from our team has proven to help service users navigate their way out of homelessness for the long-term.
