We’re delighted to announce that Keystage CIC has been awarded the Secure by Design (SBD) Developers Silver Award from Bedfordshire Police for one of our developments in Luton achieved in partnership with our development partners Costcap Ltd. 🏆🏡

This recognition highlights our commitment to creating safer, stronger communities through thoughtful, crime‑resistant design.

The SBD Developers Award is given to projects across the UK that embed proven crime‑prevention principles into their design and construction covering sectors from residential and education to health, transport, leisure, and more.

A huge thank‑you to the national network of SBD Designing Out Crime Officers who worked alongside our team from the earliest planning stages right through to completion. Their expertise in designing out crime plays a vital role in making developments like ours safer and more secure for all.
