About Us

Homelessness is filled with barriers - our aim is to remove these and help people more easily get onto their own positive pathway. Keystage recognises that every person has their own personal, and often complex, set of needs and our role is to help those who come to us navigate their way out of homelessness - for the long term.

Based in Luton, with an additional two sites in Northampton and Hitchin - and plans to roll out to more boroughs - our long term aim is to end the revolving door of homelessness.

To achieve this, we work with local authorities, support services, charities and communities to create a network of support that is personalised to every person who comes through our doors.

Who We Are

Keystage Housing was born out a vision of what could be achieved when people are placed at the heart of housing. Set up in 2018 as a Community Interest Company, we are a supported housing company that works to provide safe and supportive places to stay.

Our Vision

We have created and launched our own suite of support services that are underpinned by the partners we work with. Our qualified and experienced professionals ensure that our Pathways provide a programme to help them onto a positive journey.

Why We Do It

Our motto is "Do Whatever It Takes" - and we won't stop.

Our aim for each and every person who comes to us is to find them long-term housing options and provide the right support suited to their own personal, often complex, needs.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Statement

At Keystage Housing, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone is treated with dignity, fairness and respect.

We value the diversity of our employees, tenants, customers, contractors and the communities we serve. We believe that a diverse and inclusive organisation is stronger, more innovative and better able to meet the needs of all those who rely on our services.

We are committed to promoting equality of opportunity and preventing discrimination, harassment and victimisation on the grounds of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

We strive to:

  • Treat all tenants, residents, employees and stakeholders fairly and with respect.
  • Provide services that are accessible, responsive and inclusive.
  • Foster a culture where people feel valued, listened to and able to contribute.
  • Promote equality of opportunity in recruitment, employment, training and career development.
  • Encourage diversity within our workforce and the communities we serve.
  • Challenge discrimination and inappropriate behaviour wherever it occurs.
  • Continuously review and improve our policies, practices and services to ensure they meet the needs of diverse communities.

We recognise that everyone has different experiences, needs and perspectives. By embracing these differences, we aim to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

We expect everyone who works for us, with us, or uses our services to support these principles and help us build communities where everyone can thrive.

We are committed to ensuring that all residents have fair access to our services and that their voices are heard in shaping the homes and communities in which they live.
