Karen’s background prior to joining Keystage Housing was strongly centred around community engagement and volunteering. As a Trustee of a local charity, there has been a clear focus on community support, which has provided valuable insight into supporting individuals and building strong relationships. She was attracted to the company because of its strong emphasis on supporting individuals. It was important to work in an environment that values dignity, respect, and individuality, alongside a clear appreciation for the organisation’s commitment to supporting staff and providing ongoing training for personal and professional development.
Karen has been working as a PA at Keystage Housing for a year. During this time, the company has provided the opportunity to progress into a new role, which is something she is looking forward to undertaking. There is enthusiasm for the new challenge, as well as a desire to broaden knowledge and contribute further to the company and its reputation.
